Joseph Richard Karge, Jr., 62, passed away unexpectedly on November 11, 2019. A Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 23, 2019 at The Mission Church in Urbandale, Iowa. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service at the church. Private interment will be held at a later date.

Joseph is survived by his wife, Jody Karge; sons, Kristofer (Melissa) Logue and Daniel (Taylor Hoffman) Logue; grandsons, Coleton, Liam, Owen, Tristan and Jasper Logue and his mother, Velma Jane Schope all of the greater Des Moines area; his sister, Karen (Malcolm) King of Ashland, KY; niece, Hannah (Philip) Perry of Dayton, OH and nephew, M. Scott (Meenal) King of Arlington, VA. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph and granddaughter, Audrey E. Logue.
