What's happened since?:

Got tired of people asking "Mike, how's retired life." Got a Realtor license. Now you can use me to buy or sell a house. Turns out "I know what I am doing and you can trust me!"

Also I publish "Alaskan Embers Storybooks" -- "Stories, Tales, Anecdotes, Vignettes, Poems and Other Such Stuff" by/for "People Who Love Alaska." Got on an airplane, flew to the North Slope. Audited the Earthquake detection system. Got on an airplane, returned to Anchorage. Got on another airplane, flew to Valdez. Audited the Oil Overflow Monitoring System. Got on an airplane, flew back to Anchorage. Got on an airplane ....
