Former Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator and Benefits Administration Assistant, as an employee and contractor in Anchorage. (Various years between 1997 and 2006)
My husband and I relocated from Bellingham, Washington to Anchorage, Alaska to work on the Alyeska engineering contract which was awarded to VECO Engineering in 1997.

I retired in Arizona in 2014. I was widowed in 2020. (Jim was a contract Project Engineer with VECO and spent one of his Alyeska assignments in Valdez in the late 1990’s.)

I was proud of the fact that I saw more of the pipeline than my project engineer husband due to the annual open enrollment benefits meetings, as a Human Resources employee.
