Leelen J. (Craig) Kozat, 49, of Lawrence died Tuesday at her home.

Mrs. Kozat had formerly worked at Store 24 on Winthrop Avenue in Lawrence.

She leaves her husband Walter J. Kozat of Lawrence; sons Kyle, Kurt, Karey, and Donald, all of Lawrence; a daughter Kirsten Kozat, also of Lawrence; her parents Hamilton and Lyda (Wright) Craig of St. Augustine, FL; a brother, Wright Craig of Manchester, NH; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
