Mr. Phillips Brooks Marsden III, age 59, of Alpharetta, died July 11, 2007. He graduated from Andover High School in Andover, MA in 1966. He went on to attend and graduate from Ohio University in Athens, OH in 1970. He was a member of Alpharetta First United Methodist Church and had served as a volunteer with Alpharetta Fire Department. He enjoyed a successful career as an executive in the communications industry.
Brooks’s survivors include his wife of 27 years, Diane (Faber) Marsden of Alpharetta, GA; his daughters, Jennifer Bottorf of Red Lodge, MT, and Stephanie Marsden, of Clemson, SC; his son Jonathan Cody Marsden of Littleton, CO; mother Marjorie Marsden of North Andover, MA; sisters Lynn Marsden-Atlass of Wynnewood, PA, and Daphne Marsden-Kelly of Westford, MA; and brother David Marsden of Portland, ME.
