Joseph “Joe” M. Pizzano, 66, died April 23, 2015 at the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH, surrounded by his family. He was born December 5, 1948, in Lawrence, son of the late Phillip G. and Ida (Aufiero) Pizzano.
Joe grew up in Andover and was a graduate of Andover High School. Joe later attended Wentworth Institute and Boston University, where he earned degrees in computer science. In 1972, he married Susan April. Joe worked for many years as a self-employed computer designer. He and Susan were longtime residents of Salem, NH.
Joe’s real passion and happiness was spending time with Susan, friends and family. Joe loved traveling, fishing, golfing, skiing, playing tennis, camping, riding motorcycle, bicycling, and boating.
He was predeceased by his wife, Susan Pizzano, who passed away on February 3, 2010.
Joe’s survivors include his sisters Cynthia Cammarata of Exeter, NH, and Lisa Pizzano of Rye, NH.
