Schultz, Tamara J. (Tammy) age 50, of Lakeville, passed away September 22, 2011 from complications of Multiple Sclerosis. She is survived by her parents, Jim and Rosalee Knecht and her daughter, Nicole Holst (Eric); son, Matthew Schultz; 2 sisters, 2 grandchildren and many other family and friends. Visitation Monday at 10:00, service at 11:00 at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Road, Apple Valley. Memorials preferred to the National MS Society, MN Chapter.
