Heather and I have been fortunate to travel (Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Utah, British Columbia) and now have a silly little goofball named Alex.

I'll always remember being in cross country and track with the coach Joe Perez--what a great guy... Ron Habeck--art--another wonderful person.

I have to move? South Colony Lakes, Colorado. September 3rd, 2005. While on this trip to climb a couple of 14ers, the New Orleans levees failed and we would return to Houston to find a city that was helping a flood of evacuees--and a few weeks later we would evacuate as well--getting out of the way of a category 5 storm bearing down on Houston--hurricane Rita. Luckily for Houston, it weakend to a cat 3 hurricane and turned East.
