Nancy McNeal Cahill

Graduated from University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture in 1979. Worked for Chemscape in Lombard for 1 year (I was the first woman they had ever hired), then moved to California in 1980. I worked for various wholesale and retail nurseries for 15 years then changed careers to accounting. I worked in various accounting positions until I became a partner at Olson & Cahill Tax Services, Inc in Huntington Beach, CA. I just recently retired.

After 45 years of living in Huntington Beach, CA I'm ready to move back to the Chicago area. My husband and I are in the process of building a new home in Aurora, IL in the Lincoln Prairie Del Webb 55+ community.

My favorite memories are of all the school plays and musicals that my sisters and I were in. My 2 older sisters (Sue and Barb) were either cast members or stage crew hands for almost every play, musical, and Reader's Theater at AHHS for many years. Thespians are a tightknit group and I made many friends! I have many wonderful pictures of these productions and I even still have the original posters from some of these plays/musicals.

I also loved all the music programs. Freshmen girls chorus, Senior Choir, Chamber Choir - so much fun!
