Kieth David FOGLEMAN (Age 56) Died February 18, 2009 in Richmond, VA after a long illness. Born in former
West Germany; graduate of Washington-Lee High School, Arlington, VA ('70); formerly with World Computer
Systems in Maryland and Executive V.P., Open System Sciences, Springfield, VA. Predeceased by adoptive
parents. He is survived by foster brother, the Rev. Alvin Horton, Richmond, VA.
