Donald Isiah Keels
April 24, 1951 - February 21, 2019

Donald (Donnie) Isiah Keels, son of the late Isiah and Minnie L. Keels, was born on April 24, 1951 in Washington, D.C.  Donald entered into eternal rest on February 21, 2019 at Sentara Hospital, Woodbridge, Va., after a long illness.

Donald was educated in the Arlington County school system. After high school he worked for the Arlington County Transportation Department as a truck driver for many years, until he retired in 2005. He loved to cook out and entertain friends and family. He also loved racing cars and antique cars. Donald was a comedian at times and he loved to make people laugh. He will truly be missed.

Donald is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia; 8 children: Bonnie, Donna (Tyrone), Donnie Jr., Michael, Shawn (Martise), Sammy, Teneasha, and DeLorenzo; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a devoted sister Ann (Ronnie); 1 niece Brittney; 1 great nephew Cadence and 2 great nieces Callia nd Caniyah; 2 aunts Sherbadene Keels and Mary Lou Pritchett; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
