YHS Class of '75 50th Reunion 

Reunion events will take place at the Hilton Washington Dulles Airport (13869 Park Center Road, Herndon, VA). The hotel offers a free airport shuttle for anyone who will be flying into Dulles Airport.  The Hilton has an onsite restaurant, fitness center, and pet-friendly rooms.  It is also near other hotel brands as well as shopping and restaurants. 

Every effort has been made to keep costs reasonable, but please understand that there are costs associated with holding an event of this size that include both the hotel costs as well as insurance, publicity (mailings), and so forth.  With that said, here are the costs and schedule for the weekend.

Friday, September 12^th – Happy Hour from 5:00 to 10:00 in the hotel’s Cardinal Pub.  There will be a $5 per person cash cover charge (exact change, please).  Please look for one of the Reunion Planning Committee members at the door. 

Saturday, September 13^th – The main event will take place in the hotel’s Red Fox ballroom from 7:00 p.m. to midnight and will consist of hors d’oeuvres, dessert, and a cash bar.  The hotel is holding us to a schedule of payments between today and the date of the event that we must meet to guarantee the event. For that reason, we’re offering a discounted Early Bird registration rate to get as many people as possible registered by Thursday, May 15^th in order to feel confident that we have secured the number of attendees we need to meet the payment schedule: 

• February 27^th through Thursday, May 15^th – Early Bird registration is $85 per person
• Friday, May 16^th through Thursday, August 31^st  – Registration is $110 per person
• After August 31^st – Registration is $125 person to be paid at the door, CASH ONLY (there is an ATM onsite)

We have a room block of 15 rooms at the Hilton.  The room rate for a single/double is $109 plus 7% tax per night, plus $10 parking for Friday night. Saturday night parking is complimentary.  The last day to book a room in the block is August 13, 2025.
