Jack W. Barker, 52, husband of Regina Barker, born on March 28, 1961 and died Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013.
He was born in Ashland, the son of Barbara Barker and the late Ted Barker Jr.
He was a 1979 graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School, a graduate of Shawnee State University and a former Coles Bronco. He was a physical therapy assistant at Baptist Hospital.
He is also survived by a daughter, Emily; a son, Frankie Blevins; three grandchildren; and four siblings, Teri, Ted, Belinda and Randy.
