BIXBY OK — Henry “Frank” Quinlan, 53, formerly of Ashland, died Tuesday, March 25, 2014, in Houston, Texas.
He was born Jan. 10, 1961, in Chillicothe, Ohio, the son of Charles Thomas and Billie Jean Grissinger Quinlan. He was preceded in death by his father and a nephew, George Hogg II.
Frank, as he was affectionately called by friends and family, grew up in Ashland and graduated from Holy Family High School with the class of 1979. After graduation, Frank went on to further his education by attending Ashland Community College and Ashland Vocational Technical School, earning a degree in electronics. Frank Quinlan and Margie Glockner were united in marriage on Jan. 21, 1989, in Ashland. They recently celebrated 25 years of marriage. He enjoyed woodworking and working projects around the house. He was a Eucharistic minister and set the altar for all Masses at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church.
He spent all of his spare time with his family, children and grandchildren with much laughter and love. He will be most remembered for his infectious smile, laughter and love of telling jokes. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends, brother, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
