Mark Allen VanHoose (1959-2015)
Mark Allen VanHoose, 55, of Ashland, died Sunday, Aug. 2, 2015, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 13, 1959, in Glendora, Calif., the son of Wilma Jean Jones Van Hoose of Ashland and the late John Allen Van Hoose.
He was self-employed in the collectibles industry and the owner of Mark’s Trading Post.
He is also survived by his wife, Kathy Ann Hughes Van Hoose of Ashland; a son, Shawn Van Hoose of Ashland; a sister, Debbie Ross and husband Randy of Destin, Fla.; a brother, Walton Van Hoose and wife Mitzi of Hernando, Fla.; three nieces, Ashley, Lisha and Kelly; and three nephews, Chris, Cameron and Jamie.
The funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015, at Miller Funeral Home in Ashland by the Rev. Larry Sivis. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery.
Friends may call after 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
