LEXINGTON — Ted Coleman, 52, of Lexington, formerly of Ashland, passed away Tuesday (Dec. 10, 2013) at his home.

Ted was born Feb. 28, 1961, in Ashland, to parents Daniel L. and Annie G. Coleman. He was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard. Later in life he worked as a lawn-care specialist for many years. He truly loved to watch his Kentucky Wildcats play basketball.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Amanda; two brothers, Danny Coleman (Wynee) of Colorado and Lee Coleman (JoAnn) of Bowling Green; three sisters, Barbara Curtis (Michael) of Lexington, Nancy York (Don) of Ashland and Christy Reaves of West Virginia; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
