Theresa (Terry) Louise [Thomas] Bennett of Drain died January 20, 1979, as a result of an automobile accident. She was born January 7, 1949, in Eugene and had been a long-time resident of the Drain area. She is survived by her husband, Darrell, of Drain; 3 children: Gwen Osgard, Chad and Travis Bennett; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R.G. Thomas; a brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Janie Thomas of Eugene; 2 grandmothers: Velma Roach of Drain and Ruby Thomas of Cottage Grove. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 23, at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, Drain, Reverend David Grossman officiating. Vault interment at the Drain Cemetery, Smith-Lund-Mills Funral Chapel, directors.
