Linda O. Scanlan-Soteres
Linda O. Scanlan-Soteres, age 74, of Fort Walton Beach, FL, passed away Tuesday March 6, 2018. She was born in Fort Polk, LA to the late Lonnie Ousley and Pauline Clark Ousley.
Linda retired from All State Insurance Company as an insurance agent.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 26 years, Tyke Soteres; and her brothers, James and Michael Ousley.
In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated and a private service will be held at a later date.

In the 8th grade, Linda had a party at her house (on Virginia Avenue) and she invited me. I was so excited because I was new to Atlanta and didn't know many people at Grady. I remember we had such a good time at this party - we played "spin the bottle".....
