Ms. Norma “Sistie” Rice, age 56, of Atlanta, died August 3, 2000. Ms. Rice was a member of Temple Sinai and retired Assistant Vice President of the CDC's Federal Credit Union. She is survived by her son, Lane Kinsler, Atlanta; son and daughter-in-law, Britt and Jenny Kinsler, San Jose, CA; daughter, Laura Kinsler, Fayetteville, NC; son, Captain Daniel Rice, U.S. Army, Fort Campbell, KY; brother and sister- in-law, Judge Joel M. and Debora Feldman, Atlanta; grandchildren, Kyle and Abbey Rose Kinsler; and close friend, Arthur Kornblum, Atlanta, Graveside services will be held Sunday, August 6, at 2:00 p,m. at Arlington Memorial Park with Rabbi Donald Tam and Cantor Herbert Cole officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Temple Sinai, the American Cancer Society, or the Weinstein Hospice.
