         The graveside service for William H. Rice of Atlanta, former co-owner of an Atlanta salvage sales company, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
         Mr. Rice, 48, died Sunday in Atlanta,
         Surviving are his wife, Mary Lyles Rice; a son, William A. Rice of Marietta; two sisters, Kathryn M. Revalee of Douglasville and Mimi B. Mozely of Sunnyvale, Calif; and two stepsons, Chad Anderson of Atlanta and Todd Anderson of Tucker.
