Mrs. Sandra Sapp of 2502 Willow Wood Ct. N.E. died July 6, 1979. Surviving are her parents, Dr. and Mrs. M. K. Sapp, Atlanta, several cousins. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 9 at 2 o’clock at Druid Hills Presbyterian Church. Rev. J. Steven Rhodes officiating. Interment Arlington. Those who wish may make contribution to the Cancer Fund. H.M. Patterson & Sons, Spring Hill.

Carol Watkins (Taylor)
Sandra was my dearest friend. Her death, after a 10 year battle with cancer, was a defining moment in many lives.She remained a close friend of my brother, Edward, and visited my family in Washington and Annapolis (Maryland) on several occasions. One of our happiest memories is shortly after her God daughter's birth in 1970.
JuliAn Khalil Taylor carries not just her name but memories of her loving smile and laughter. Although not blessed with children, my daughter visited often with Dr and Mrs Sapp on our returns to Atlanta.
I've never known a finer person than Sandy. Nor will she ever be forgotten.
