TAFFEL, Harvey Harvey Taffel, age 67, of Atlanta died May 14, 2010. Harvey was a skilled mechanic. He enjoyed his boat and home on Lake Lanier. He and his brother, Jack, owned and operated Standard Truck & Equipment. Survivors include his wife, Josefina "Penny" Taffel and her daughter, Megan Rose Taffel; brother, Jack Taffel, Atlanta; sister, Barbara Taffel Tureen, Atlanta; mother-in-law, Becky Silverman, Atlanta; several nieces and nephews. Harvey was preceded in death by his first wife, Anita Silverman Taffel; sister, Iris Silvers; sister-in-law, Nancy Taffel, of blessed memory. Sign on line guest book at www.edressler. com.
