Charles (Chuck) A. Wofford, II, son of the late Judge Charles A. Wofford, Fulton County Superior Court, died on Thursday, October 20, 2005 in Atlanta, Georgia. Charles was a 33 Degree Mason, Gate City Lodge and a member of Yaarab Shrine Temple, Atlanta, Georgia, he was also a graduate of the Atlanta Law School and was the youngest warden who served at the prison in Waycross, Georgia. Charles is survived by his mother, Marie Root Wofford; his wife, Lucia Ann Wofford; his son, Christian Avery Wofford; his sister, Stephanie (Dr. and Mrs. Rod Ingraham); his nephew, Mr. Jeremy Ingraham and wife, Gina; his niece, Jennifer Ingraham Curtin (Dr. and Mrs. Tim Curtin). Funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 25 at 12:30 o'clock at Spring Hill. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday, October 24 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at H. M. Patterson & Son, 1020 Spring Street, NW Atlanta. 404-876-1022.
