He was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, the second child of four children born to William Bellinger and Elenora Dolly Katz. Ralph graduated from Grady High School, Atlanta, Georgia where he excelled in sports such as football and competitive diving. Ralph graduated from Grady High School, Atlanta, Georgia where he excelled in sports such as football and competitive diving. His drive and enthusiasm for life allowed him to pursue his entrepreneurial spirit. His vast knowledge of the food industry made him an asset to his employers. Ralph always loved a challenge and his competitive nature followed into his golf game.
He is survived by his daughter, Ellyn Lindsey Bellinger, Miami, Florida; his father William Bellinger, stepmother, Joyce Bellinger, Roswell, Georgia; brothers Joel Bellinger, Georgia; Neal Bellinger, Florida sister Gail Wiemer, Georgia; niece Megan Wiemer, nephews Lewis Wiemer and Jake Bellinger.
Proceeded in death by his mother Ellenora Dolly Katz Maynard, and grandparents Hazel and Jay Katz, Atlanta, Georgia.
