Bill Huff Jr

Bill and I use to double date with Janet and Joe.  We always had such a good time together.  Janet and

I also went downtown shopping together many times and we were friends after Bill and Joe were out of

the military.  Our children were close to the same age.  I especially remember one Christmas and Janet

and I went Christmas shopping downtown and stayed mostly in Rich's but, of course, walked down to

Davison's several times before we could make up our minds about presents for Joe and Bill.  You know the

drill, look,  go to Davison's and look, then back to Rich's.  We laughed and joked and laughed.  Then we

bought them both the same sweater, as Bill describes it was sort of an Ozzie sweater, grey with red stripe down

the button placket.  I, also remember a trip with our children to the Zoo after our guys were out of the service.

She was such a lovely person, funny and kind, with a sharp wit.  I loved her parents, too.  Her Mother was

a beautiful Southern Lady.  I always missed Janet when I have gone to the Southwest reunions and she wasn't

there.  I am writing this instead of Bill because I spent more time with her.  Rest in Peace, Janet.
