Glen Jensen, 54, of Stuart passed away on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015 at the Stuart Community Care Center. Visitation will be held form 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 22 at the All Saints Catholic Church in Stuart. Prayer service will begin at 5 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 23 at the All Saints Catholic Church in Stuart. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Stuart. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Glen Jensen Memorial Fund and sent in care of the funeral home. Online condolences may be left at www.johnsonfamilyfuneralhome.com.
Glen was born Aug. 16, 1961 to Dean and Wanda (Clark) Jensen in Greenfield. He graduated from Atlantic High School. Following high school, Glen enlisted in the National Guard. On Oct. 8, 1983, he was united in marriage to Pam Waltz in Atlantic. To this union four daughters were born: Whitney, Kayla, Holly and Cheyenne.
Glen worked several jobs, lastly for nine years at Schildberg's Construction. He was a member at All Saints Church in Stuart. In his spare time he enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, riding his tractor and working with horses. His biggest enjoyment came from spending time with his grandchildren and family.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Pam; daughter, Kayla; parents, Dean and Wanda Jensen and Dwayne and Carol Jensen; sister, Judy Giem and brothers, Terry Jensen and Kerry Jensen.
Glen leaves behind his daughters, Whitney (Troy) Miller, Holly Jensen, Cheyenne Jensen all of Menlo; grandchildren, Dallas Morgan and Bentley Miller; siblings: Debbie (Wilbur) Giem, Jerry (Marie) Jensen, Shawn (Robin) Jensen, Michelle (Al) Comito, Cindy (Bill) Reighard, Tammy Mason; and a host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends that will miss him dearly.
