Thank you to Kandi, Wendy, and everyone else that had a part in putting the reunion together. It was a lot of fun and great to see everyone. There is no way to please everyone, so don't worry about the few negative comments that are out there. You guys did a great job.

Thanks,
Mike

I agree...the website rocks. I know the reunion Sat. night must have been so much fun! I think our ladies and the group did a great job...they always do. I think this has been great for most everyone. Even ones who couldn't make it Sat. night but made it to tanners and/or my place had a great time & that was all due to Wendy giving us this site. This has brought so many of us back together , even the ones from other places that couldn't be in town have enjoyed the reunion from a far with this site. I hope we all keep in touch and have more get togethers. We are in each others roots you know? Like it or not...we are a part of each other in some way or another. We all have blue and gold blood...lol!!! And I love yall!

Hey guys I have an idea. My Mom and Dad both graduated from Coral Gables High in Miami. There is a large number of them that left Miami, but have settled in Central Florida. Once a quarter they get together. Sometimes its at someones house or at a bar. There is no reason we cant do this, now that we have this great way to communicate with each other. It just a fun way to stay connected and of course a great way to have a night out. What do you guys think?

Girl...I am ALL FOR THAT!!!
That sounds like a great idea.
LOVE IT!!! :-)

Great idea Barbie! I know everyone stays busy but we really need to make time for each other and not wait another 10 years before we get together. We have lost contact with so many people. I really enjoyed the last night of reunion planning at Pamela's and all the reunion festivities. So about getting together each quarter.....I guess we should plan for mid-January.

If it is scheduled around a school holiday, it would be easier for people who would have to travel. In mid-January, I think schools are out on MLK, Jr. Day, making it a three-day weekend.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!
I am so thankful to everyone that worked so hard on the reunion. I have to say one thing that I am thankful this year is that we were able to see each other once again. We take so many things for granted. We have many wonderful memories together and where able to make one more.
God bless you all and enjoy every moment with the ones you love!

I just wanted to let everyone know , who is unaware , that in Sept. 07 Keith Jones was diagnosed with ALS ( Lou Gehrig's ) disease. Please visit his blog at www.mkjonesyblog.blogspot.com

Shannon York (Farrington)

OMG! I am so sorry to hear this about Keith. I read his blog and I must say that I admire his attitude of not just sitting around to die. Hopefully, you can get him to update his information on our website so many of us can say hello. Thanks Robert for letting us know.

My heart just breaks for Keith and his family. But he seems to be living life to his fullest & that is more than some can say. I pray that God touches his life as well as someone else who knows him through this.
God bless all of yall this holiday season and drink and be merry , just don't do anything too stupid...lol!!

David Smith posted this on MySpace concerning Donald Grimes (c/o 89):

I just got this news for anyone who new Donald. He has a wife and two little girls. Please pray for them.

Hello. I am so sorry to tell u this way but did not know if I would be able to get a hold of you otherwise. Yesterday, Dec. 11, at Three p.m., Beth lost Donald in a truck driving accident. He was in Alabama and the roads were icy and it was rainy. They are planning a memorial for either Wed. or Thur. Please keep Beth and the girls in your prayers. We love you all so much. I will keep you posted as to the arrangements as I know when they are.

Mike, J.
, and Zackary

This is just a warning to whomever it is out there that is creating profiles on this website that are not their own. I will not tolerate it, and, if I have to, I'll such the site down. This will not be a forum for people to be rude and unkind to others. Whoever it is, GROW UP!
