David K. Flugum, age 54, of Austin, died Thursday, February 6, 2025 at Comforcare Good Samaritan.

David was born on December 25, 1970 at the Austin Medical Center to Norman and Nancy Flugum. He graduated from Austin High School in 1989 and went on working various odd jobs around town. 

David was known for his outstanding knowledge in cars, especially anything Mopar. 

He enjoyed spending time with any kind of dog and listening to his classic rock.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy in 1992; and his father, Norman in 2016. 

He is survived by his son, Jordan Flugum; daughter, Beth Hamilton; two grandsons, Nahko and Everett Flugum.

A small celebration of life will be held at 1 pm on Friday, March 7, 2025 at Crane Community Chapel in Austin Minnesota with the Reverend Dale Christiansen officiating. Cake and refreshments will follow the celebration.
