Carl went to the Free Church in Houston. He was Rainey Wellers little brother.

He was the first kid I knew that had purple hair. He was a neat kid. Had a real love for The Lord !

I think he also drove his car into deep water at Singing Hills. Bet he was laughing the whole time!

Saw him fairly often as we all got older and he just always seemed very happy.
