Debbie Hajek, 59, of Schulenburg, Texas, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, March 31, 2013.

She was born June 8, 1953, to Lawrence and Muriel Hillock in Sault Ste. Marie.

She married Clarence Hajek October 19, 1996.

Mrs. Hajek attended Texas State University and was a teacher in special education for 27 years.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence; her daughter, Emily Wright; her mother, Muriel; two sisters, Jan Robbins, and Karen Dornak, and a brother, Gary Hillock.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence.

Interment was April 14 at Weimar Memorial Cemetery in Texas.
