I remember David from our days attending the Methodist Church in Baldwinsville. He was a kind, sweet boy, but a little different. He had thick glasses, spoke of very sophisticated subjects and was a top- notch student, especially in science and math. And, as I recall,I think his SAT score was either perfect or near perfect. He certainly wasn't concerned with what went on at Teen Canteen and "who danced with who." The kids today would probably call him a "nerd" or a " dweeb", but I considered him absolutely brillant, and respected him so much. It makes me very sad that he lost his life at such an early age, because I can almost guarantee that he would have made wonderful contributions to our world, had he lived his full lifetime.
