On October 27, 2012 surrounded by her loving family Sandra J. Shortall died at the age of 68. Devoted wife of Dr. W. Robert Shortall; beloved daughter of the late John and Helen Semma; loving mother of Drew R. Shortall and his wife Kerry and Lindsie L. Carter and her husband Everett; cherished grandmother of Hailee L. Carter.
