Janice Popick (Rosenzweig)

Janice (class of 68) was a health law attorney and graduate of U of Md School of Law. While attending law school she successfully petitioned the City Council to provide parking spaces for the disabled and provided a inheritance donation to the Black Law Student Association to assist in funding tuition. She "provided pro bono work for the elderly and others, loved righteousness and justice and seving the underdog" states her husband.Despite her illness from pulmonary hypertension she worked tirelessly for others, even volunteering for a drug study of Prostacyclin.
