Frank was friend of mine since high school. He served in the U.S. Army's 101st Airborne Division as a signal specialist including tours in Vietnam. He also retired from SSA where he worked as an electrician. I ran into him on several occasions throughout the years having last seen him at Monaghan's Christmas party in 2015. He was in poor health at that time and unfortunately his situation continued to decline. He fell in September and broke his leg. Complications as a result of this incident led to him being placed on a ventilator and being fed intravenously. He died just recently due to kidney failure. He is survived by his mother, a sister, a brother, and other family members.
