Gina was a beautiful, talented young lady who was taken from us way too soon. She lost her fight with Cancer in the 10th grade.

She was my best friend, like a sister to me for so many years. Some of my best memories are with her. She was diagnosed with leukemia, went immediately to St. Jude Children's Hospital and passed away approximately 3 months later. Her life was cut so short, my heart aches when I think about her and what she would be doing today. I miss my friend. I know she is in a great place and is at peace, in no pain and finally truly happy, and this gives me peace.

What i could I say about Miss Gina Marie Laycock... we were best friends through middle school and were close until her death... A really great memory i have is one of the homecoming dinners held at my house that My MOM prepared.. we had a great time.. me and gina found time to sneak away and chat... it was right before she was taken to St Judes... i never got to see her again.. i have a box of old notes and pics.. my heart and soul misses her stull to this day!!! rest with the angels..you alway did!!! love love love...stac
