She was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Sheldon and Geraldine Wohlwerth. She is survived by her husband, Bill Kruger; son Nickolas Kruger; daughter Veronika Kruger; mother Geraldine Wohlwerth; and brothers Lee and Russel Wohlwerth.
