The family of the late Richard M. Schwartz, brother of Julia Bloch, Laura Newman, Florence and Jonathan, will dedicate a monument Sun., May 4, at 10 a.m. at Bet Olam Cemetery. Rabbi Avraham Bensoussan will officiate
