I didn't know Jay that well, but my heart went out to his family at the news of what had happened to him-accident which left him paralyzed for years and finally, he succumbed some 6 or 7 years later.
Wow. It just goes to show how much I've lost touch with Beaufort. I was one of those who once I left I hardly looked back. I remember Jay quite well and I remember both of his parents too. Even though I didn't know of this until now, I'm greatly saddened that someone who was so kind suffered such a tragedy.
