Patricia A. Metheny, 78, of Beaver Falls, Pa. passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021, at the Heritage Valley Health Center, in Beaver, Pa.

Patricia was born in Beaver Falls,Pa. on Thursday, February 4, 1943. She was the daughter of the late Paul and Tess (Monza) Braid.

Patricia(Patty) married Gregg Metheny on Saturday, June 16, 1984.

She was a registered nurse and during her nursing career, she worked at many places, including the Heritage Valley Health Center, Oakland Neurosurgical, and in many home healthcare assignments. She also worked as a massage therapist.

Patricia enjoyed quilting, playing the piano, and spending time with her family and friends.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Gregg Metheny, three sons, David Russell of Enon Valley, Pa.; Brian (Delsea) Russell of Milan, Mi.; and Justin Russell of New Galilee, Pa.; two grandchildren, Brieanna and Jaxson Russell, and a sister, Judy Zak of East Palestine, Oh.

Services for Patricia will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport.

Patti was a beautiful soul as well as just beautiful.  Always a smile and cordial greeting.  I'm sure she will be greatly missed by family and friends.  It's sad to lose yet another classmate.

I have known Patti since we were in 6 th grade. She was a sweet person who was Loy's of fun. She was a devoted caretakerfor Gregg. May her soul rest in peace and God's grace.

Really sorry to hear of Patty's passing.  We spent many an hour on her porch as kids playing monopoly.  Often our games would ast weeks on end.  We just left it up and kept plwying.  She was one of my very closest friends..  Hopefully I'll see you again Patty.

I wish Patty's family my condolences and so sorry her passing is near our Christmas holidays.
She was a well loved person to her family, friends and classmates & will be truly missed.
.May she rest in peace and know that she made different during her life.

My sympathy on the death of Patty.  She was always a beautiful person on the outside, but also on the inside.  I remember seeimg her in her nurses uniform years ago when she was starting her career.  I know that in her career she blessed many.  May God comfort her husband, sons and grandchildren.
