It was'nt too long after graduation and I was walking down Third Street when a motorcycle rode up beside me. Shawn took his helmet off and had that big grin on his face (as always).He had an extra helmet and told me to get on, that he had to go to Hopewell to some car garage for something. I was terrified! Shawn told me to shut up and get on so I did. We made it back to town in one piece and it really was a blast. I will never forget that day or Shawn's infectious smile which brought so much joy to everyone. Thanks Shawn!
From the day I first moved to Pa and walked down a hall in BASH Shawn was my friend, my confidant, my protecter. I never got the chance to thank him for all the times he said I was too good for Len, or all the times he let us crash when we all partied too much. So many times when I was having a crap day I would run into Shawn in the most random places, and I knew I was cared for. I was shocked and saddened beyond when I heard. Shawn I luved you man! Hope your givin the after life absolute hell!
You could always count on Shawn to make you laugh. I can still see him walking through the halls wearing that leather jacket. I was shocked to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to Dawn and his family.
