Pat's death shocked us all at a time when we still thought we would live forever. He should have been here at the 50th.

He was a good student and a nice guy...his plaque is still in the gym, where he spent time.  Thanks Tom R. for ending the 50th DVD with a view of Pat's plaque.

Patrick Armstong was one of the most unforgettable people in my life.  He was impressive in so many ways that he was constantly inspiring those around him. He had many accomplishments beyond his brilliant academic achievements:  he was active in our community and his church, he became an Eagle Scout, and he loved his family dearly.  He used to tell me how much his sister and brother meant to him.  He had real family values.  He was planning to become a lawyer; and with his charisma, fearlessness, gregarious charm and quick wit, I've often thought that he probably would have become President of the United States.  He is still missed by so many.
