Egg Custard    without a doubt is the one that stands out in my mind. Not only was it the first thing we made in Mrs. Tench's cookery class, but from that day on flan (egg custard) became one of my favourite things! Actually, I don't think I have found one as nice as the one we made that day. I think I will go find my old cookery book (I think I still have it) and go make some!

OMG The unforgettable creamy potatoe soup.  Took it home not even our dog liked it lol.

Pancakes...I still make it today..wish I could find that recipe book..we did make some delicious things...espcially since I am horrible in the kitchen...pancaked and flour tortilla are the only things my kids eat that I cook.lol

I remember rock bun that was my 1st cooking mrs Tench teaches us to cook.

I remember rock buns and jam buns. Wish I still can get the recipes.
