I seem to remember Forest Smith in connection with Drama but I have searched my Carillon repeatedly and can find no record of a Forest Smith. I can even remember a person to match the name. A Forest Warren Smith is listed in the commencement program. I believe that Forest Smith was the first friend I had who shared my enthusiasm for really heavy literature. I remember way back in the 9'th grade his giving me a synopsis for the plot of Romeo and Juliet (which I myself never got around to reading until 2006). Does anyone else out there remember Forest?
Michael, I found his picture in our Junior year Carillion, p. 243. I remember him as a really nice guy, but don't recall what activities he was in. I was sad to see his name in the Memory section. I had been searching on the site for him and saw the rose, then your comment.
