Obituary

Herbert M. "Herb" Giese, 59, of Estero, FL died on September 11, 2009 at Joanne's House, Bonita Springs. He was born on November 1, 1949 in Belle Glade, FL, a son of Milton and Edna (Altman) Giese.

Herb worked in the construction business as a roofer, was an avid hunter and fisherman and an Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict.

He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Ida Lynn (Glass) Giese, his children, Ryan, Kole and Paige Giese, Nicholas Glorioso, his stepsons, John and Wesley Riddle and his cousins, Leon, Pat, Charlie and Brian Warren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2009 at 2:00 PM in Joanne's House, 27200 Imperial Pkwy., Bonita Springs. Burial will take place at the Sarasota National Cemetery at a later date.
