Staci Lee Clardy Parr, age 36, passed away in Bellingham on Sunday, September 12, 2010. She was born January 6, 1974, to Valerie and Bob Clardy in Bellingham. She graduated from Bellingham High School in 1992 where she was active in the high school band playing the clarinet. During those years, she worked at the Royal Fork evenings and weekends. After graduating, she worked at the Bellingham Boys and Girls Club. She had a love for children and working with them. Later, she married Michael Parr and had 2 children and became a stay at home mom for her son Nathen and daughter Alliana. Staci was also a great fan of the races at Skagit Speedway.
