Richard "Rick" A. Kelln passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. He was 57.Rick was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He touched us all with his kind and loving spirit, and devoted his life to his family's happiness. In his free time, Rick enjoyed cooking, running, skiing and traveling with his family. Rick was born and raised in Bellingham and devoted the last 33 years of his career to Cascade Natural Gas.
Rick is survived by his one and only love and wife of 37 years Linda; son Ryan; daughter Nicole; mother Wilma; brother Ken (Nancy) and daughters Sarah and Kristin; brother Brad (Velva) and sons Kyle, Wesley, daughter Bridgette Gunderson (Steven); brother in-law Rick Luke (Linda) and daughters Brandy Dezarn, Alissa; sister in-law Donna Olney and daughter Janelle Patterson (Andy); sister in-law Jeannie (Doug) and sons Kevin, Brent; and many other loving family and friends.
He will be greatly missed and will live on in our hearts.
The family invites you to his memorial service at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 9 at Cornwall Church (4518 Northwest Drive, Bellingham), reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Rick's son to assist with his medical school expenses. It was Rick's wish to see his son finish residency and continue his career serving others as a doctor. Donations can be made payable to Ryan Kelln (of Fresno, CA) at Chase Bank.
