Brad Joseph Schuetze, 41, of Sumas passed away on June 16, 2011. Brad was born on May 13, 1969 to Herb and Patricia (Durbin) Schuetze in Bellingham, WA. Brad grew up in Whatcom County. Brad enjoyed fishing and riding his Harley. Brad met his wife Teresa in Bellingham and they were married in Las Vegas in 1999. He will always be remembered as a great, fun loving husband brother, son and Papa to Lily & Henry. Brad was preceded in death by grandparents George & Ruth Durbin. Brad is survived by his wife, Teresa; parents, Herb Schuetze of Blaine and Patricia (Durbin) Schuetze of Bellingham; step daughter, Ricki (Eric) Nonhoff; granddaughter, Lily; grandson, Henry; sisters, Brenda (Dennis) Chavira, and their children Denny, Dustin, Dakota and Devin; grandmother, Margot Schuetze; Uncle Fred Schuetze, many aunts and uncles: Gary Durbin, Barbara & Ron Ira ( Durbin), Ronald & Kay (Swift) Durbin, Pinky (Durbin) Montgomery, Tim & Debbie Durbin (Crandell), Joyce (Durbin) & Joseph Lentz, Deanna (Durbin) & Herb Iverson and lots of cousins. A memorial gathering will be held at the home of Teresa Josephson on Saturday June 25, 2011 from 1:00pm -5:00pm at 317 Columbia Street, Sumas, WA. 98295.
