SHARON CLARK DEVOS

January 4, 1945 - December 15, 2023

Sadly, our dear mother/sister, Sharon DeVos, passed away suddenly on December 15, 2023, from a stroke suffered several days earlier.  Sharon is survived by three children, Jill, Tim (wife Misty and daughter Payton),  Lisa, and sisters Julie Clark and Judy Clark Grilli.  Sharon and her family grew up in San Carlos, California. She graduated from Carlmont High School where she met and later married John DeVos.

After graduating from Carlmont, Sharon went on to attend San Jose State University where she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education. After teaching for several years, she became a travel agent. A position that afforded her and John the opportunity to take advantage of a variety of travel experiences.

Once empty nesters, Sharon and John moved to Medford, Oregon, enjoying the retired life of leisure.  Sharon  participated  as a CASA  (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer, completed a certificate as a Master Gardner,  enjoyed Oregon Shakespeare Festival activities, and attended classes at Southern Oregon University.  When not volunteering, Sharon enjoyed Zumba classes and lunching with her many friends.

Sharon wil be remembered for her sweet kindness, thoughtfulness, and her great sense of humor.
