Wow...sorry to hear that Neil has passed away. His parents hosted the 4-H "ranch" on their property near Arguello Park where we kept our lambs and steers. Lots of good times there, getting our projects ready for the San Mateo County Fair. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Neil the guy who (allegedly) climbed the flag pole on Lone Oak Lawn and took down the rope the night before the scheduled flag raising ceremony yearbook photo? That was one of the funnier minor acts of vandalism that included the "Sequoia Coffin" chained to a tree on Senior Lawn, and the phone booth on the library roof.
