CHARLOTTE - Melodie Carr, 44, died May 21, 2011, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
Ms. Carr was born April 4, 1967, in Baltimore, Md., to the late Ned and Betty Bradshaw.
Memorial services will be held 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Harvest Church in Charlotte.
Visitation will be at 11 a.m.
